Hi, I wanted to reach out and personally welcome you

I have been in a similar situation before. I went from no really computing knowledge to working as a field service engineer for an automated vision inspection company (3 employees and my uncle is chief development engineer - hence my employment)

We used FPGA modules (fully programmable gate arrays) to inspect and sort glass containers before being filled with a product.

The system could individually inspect up to 600 containers a minute (using lab view software). Many engineers called our machines A.I. and we had to correct them.

Real A.I . Is a new world for me just as automation was. I know I have a long road to go but I know I will get there.

I read it- an interesting read.

He asked many of the same questions I asked.

I learnt bits from reading the conversation. He doesn't hide his link (username) to a GA MOD. But I did not see him mention it in the conversation.

I have mentioned privately and publicly my affilliation as a user on GA and biblicalQ. If I was a MOD I think that would have been a point I would have noted.
